What happens to my channels when I cancel?

Social channels pause; web chat continues on the Spark free plan.

Social channels (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram) will pause when you drop to the Spark free plan. Web chat continues with the 100 conversation limit. You can reconnect social channels by upgrading to Launch or above.
