AURA provides a 10% automatic buffer above your plan limit. For example, the Launch plan includes 1,000 conversations, so your effective limit before anything happens is 1,100. If you consistently exceed that threshold, we contact you first. There are no automatic upgrades and no hidden charges. Any account action involves human review.
