How do I add content to my bot's knowledge base?

Learn how to add text or URLs to your bot's knowledge base.

Go to your bot and click "Knowledge Base". You have two options:

  • Add Text — paste FAQs, product info, or any text content directly.
  • Add URL — AURA crawls the page for you (Launch plan and above).
