My WhatsApp bot stopped responding

Check and reconnect your WhatsApp channel connection.

Go to Channels then WhatsApp and check the connection status. If it shows "Disconnected", click Reconnect and follow the steps again. WhatsApp Business API tokens can expire periodically.
